The Pine House and Sun House each have over 2300 sq feet with 5 bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped Kitchen, Jacuzzis, Laundry, Entertainment Room with Plasma HDTV, Large Dining Rooms and surrounding decks connected by sunlit French doors and Parking for two boats and several cars. They are on separate and adjoining lots.

• Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Three nights minimum) $450 per night or $2700 per week.
• Off-Season Rates (Three nights minimum) $300 per night. $1950 per week.

Rates for Sun House AND Pine House - rental of both houses

• June 18th to August 20th (Minimum one week Saturday to Saturday) $5200 for maximum of 32 people.
• Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Three nights minimum) $795 per night or $5200 per week.
• Off-Season Rates (Three nights minimum) $600 per night. $3900 per week.

Pine Cottage

The Pine Cottage has 660 sq feet with 1 bedroom, hide-a-bed, Dining Area, Bath, Jacuzzi, Entertainment Room with Plasma HDTV, and Private Deck. Sleeps 5.

Rates for Pine Cottage

• June 18th to August 20th Three, Five and Seven day Packages starting at $450 for maximum of 5 people.
• Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Four nights minimum) $200 per night or $1100 per week.
• Off-Season Rates Three nights minimum) $100 per night. $600 per week
• Rent Pine Cottage with Pine House or Sun House and Save 10%.

All reservations require deposit of 25% of the rental fee to confirm. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 year sold with a credit card in their name and be one of the guests. Checks are welcome if received within 7 days of reservation date. Rental balance plus $500 refundable security deposit is due within 60 days of arrival. 10% Shasta county tax is not charged on monhtly rentals. Your Visa, Master Card is welcome.

Cancellations

If reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the check in date there will be a full refund of deposit and rental fees less $200 processing fee. 60 to 30 day cancellation will forfeit the initial deposit plus an additional 25% of rental fee. 29 to 0 days no refund.

Canceled reservations may be rescheduled for any future date with credit for all fees paid. Refunds will be given on any canceled dates that are re-rented. Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure less any charges for damages or missing items.
